Making Training Magic

In this course you will develop the confidence, the skills and have the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification to professionally train and present.

Making Training Magic is a six day program combining real training skills with Certificate IV Assessor and Workplace trainer qualifications.

This is not a standard 'train the trainer' course which ticks the boxes; you will walk away with real skills and after successful assessment, a nationally recognised qualification!

This is a program suitable for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable and skilled on their feet. 

We believe the key difference between this and other programs is that we ensure that participants get to see not only a range of skills from the facilitators but also a range of facilitators. MTM is not built around one personality or ‘guru’, as learning these skills is not about becoming someone else, it is about becoming more of who you are.  We practice utmost respect for our participants and it is always challenge by choice.
