Often people on corporate programs think of someone they know who would
enjoy what they have just learned. One particular request we
have received over the years is for presentation/training skills. We
have become aware of two key needs when talking about this topic. The
first need is for real skills, people want 'know how'. How do you work
out what your audience needs, how do you design a piece that fits that need,
how to handle a whole group who may be at all different stages, how to meet
the needs of the advocates, how to win over the cynics? Quite often people
are told to do these things, but not 'how' to do them. The second need
people are looking for is a qualification. Why should you need to go
