Robyn Hartley
Robyn Hartley’s corporate background includes 10 years in the Insurance
Industry. Her last position was that of Administration Manager for CIGNA
Insurance, where an emphasis was placed on both people and systems
development.
From 1992 Robyn had her own successful training business. In 1997, after contracting her services to The Human Enterprise on several occasions, she joined The Human Enterprise team as Associate Director of Training and Consulting. In February 2000, after expanding her experience across a number of different industries, Robyn decided it was time once again to ‘Facilitate Results’ for direct clients.
Robyn has coached/consulted to, designed and delivered training workshops for companies such as IBM Global Services Australia, Caltex Australia, InterContinental Hotel Group, George Weston Foods, McDonald’s Australia, ABN Amro, Unilever, Frito-Lay Snackfood Company, St George Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston. She has trained extensively across Asia Pacific. Her areas of specialty include Leadership Skills, Management Development, Influence and Negotiation Skills, Effective Teamwork, Presentation Skills and Group Facilitation and Coaching.
Robyn is an accredited professional trainer in the leading edge technologies of Educational NLP and 'Generative Learning' ®. She is a graduate of the Group Leaders Institute and holds a Level IV Certificate in Workplace Training.
As an experienced educator, skilled facilitator, and trained counsellor / coach and with a background in business and systems, Robyn has a unique blend of skills to help organisations create even more profitable, empowering and productive workplaces.
