Peta Bayman
Peta Bayman has gained her management and leadership experience across a
range of industries, particularly in service and tourism. Her last
management position prior to starting her own training and consultancy was
as Operations Manager for Coral World International.
Peta's qualifications include: A Masters degree in General Management, Level
IV Certificate Workplace Training and a Diploma in Training and Assessment
Systems. Peta also holds a certificate in counselling and a diploma in
Remedial Therapies.
She has a reputation for thinking strategically and holistically when it
comes to dealing with business challenges.
Peta has had extensive experience in sales. One of her passions is designing and delivering relationship based sales programs.
Peta's training / coaching style is informative, interactive and “down to
earth”. Peta takes a whole systems, very practical approach when working
with people. She is passionate about helping organisations bring their
people, business goals and use of technology into alignment to achieve their
vision.
Peta is also an experienced public speaker providing sessions for national
conferences on a variety of subjects such as Managing Change, Communicating
With Emotional Intelligence and Leading Teams. Peta's public speaking
engagements have earned comments such as “Inspirational; challenging;
