• Design and delivery of facilitation and training solutions to help teams clarify their strategies and enhance their effectiveness for a national professional services body in the financial services industry. Strategy and Team work.
• Design and delivery of a workshop to increase the ability of the Sales and Marketing Team to influence internally for a national Telecommunications organisation.
• Design and delivery of an ongoing leadership program in the Asia Pacific region. For a banking and finance company. These programs were recognized as highly successful in each of the countries.
• Design and delivery of a leadership program for 3 levels of Management to assist in the culture/ change process toward a values based organisation. Cultural Change and Leadership for a national professional services body in the financial services industry.
  
• Designed and delivered a relationship sales program with ongoing coaching and development for an international medical diagnostic and testing company. Delivered to a range of participants with different skill and sales experience.
• Delivered a range of programs for an International Pharmaceutical company in Negotiation Skills, Assertiveness Skills, Meeting Skills, and Managing for Best Practice, over a period of three years.
• Designed and delivered ‘Train the Trainer’ as an in house program for a major State university.  Presented to an already experienced group of trainers this 5 day program received excellent feedback.
• A series of Leadership and Management Development workshops over a period of three years for a major Children’s hospital. These programs were always received with enthusiasm by the diverse participant group.
• A series of skill building workshops for an international I.T. company run in both Sydney and Melbourne over a three year period. The client received excellent feedback on both the substance and style of the programs which included topics such as; Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Conflict Management.
• A leadership program for the senior team of an international hotel group. Feedback from the team was excellent and executives felt the experience took the leadership team to the next level.
• Designed and delivered a range of management topics for a boutique property development company in both Melbourne and Sydney.  The client  received great feed back about the practical nature of the skills and tools offered.
• Design and deliver a number of nationally attended Leadership Programs. To a range of senior and middle managers involved in the project management and construction as well as the management of a portfolio of properties.
• Designed and facilitated a professional development workshop based on high performance team work and influencing skills for a major recruitment firm. 
• Design and deliver a range of programs to meet specific organisational learning and development needs for a book publishing company.  These well received workshops included topics such as; Presenting ideas, Coaching Skills, Presentation Skills.
