Community Projects

At Facilitating Results we are aware that we are part of community locally and a broader world community. As we look around our world we see a great deal of need. While we would love to help every individual or organisation, we know we won't be able to. So what we have decided to do is pick a number of projects which strike a cord with us to work on.

Our big project this year and probably for the next few years is to help build an orphanage in Africa. This project is still in its planning stage and our fund raising program is currently under development. We are working to support John Glassford from Huff ‘n’Puff, Strawbale Construction, who hopes to build the Strawpanage for Mama Amelia. In the mean time the orphans being cared for by Mama Amelia have some short term needs. This is what John has written to me about:

"What we need for Amelia’s teenagers is a set of a soccer and netball uniforms and boots etc. …” “Their colours are blue and white and I have their shoe sizes!"
